1. About us

2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PreReg Pro website at preregpro.co.ukand any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering you confirm that:

  • you are 18 or older;
  • you are based in the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands; and
  • all information you provide during registration is accurate and current.

The Platform is designed for trainee pharmacists preparing for the GPhC Common Registration Assessment (CRA). We do not warrant that the content is appropriate for any other purpose or jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Access to the full Platform requires a paid subscription. We offer three plans:

  • Monthly rolling — billed monthly, cancellable at any time.
  • 3-month bundle — billed once for a fixed 3-month period.
  • Full exam-cycle — billed once for access until the next GPhC CRA sitting.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Your subscription begins immediately on payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.

5. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 daysof purchase without giving a reason (the “cooling-off period”).

However, because PreReg Pro is a digital service that you can access immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to us supplying the service before the cooling-off period ends. If you exercise your right to cancel after digital content has been made available to you, we may deduct from any refund the value of the service you have already received.

To cancel within 14 days, email us at legal@preregpro.co.uk with your name, email address, and order reference. We will process your request within 5 working days.

6. Cancellation and refunds after the cooling-off period

After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel a monthly rolling subscription at any time via your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Fixed-term subscriptions (3-month and full exam-cycle) are not cancellable for a refund after the cooling-off period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your account credentials with any other person;
  • reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any question, explanation, or other platform content;
  • use automated tools or scripts to scrape, copy, or extract content;
  • attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures;
  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or
  • upload or submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

Breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Educational content disclaimer

The content on PreReg Pro — including questions, explanations, and study materials — is provided for educational preparation purposes only. It does not constitute professional pharmacy advice, clinical guidance, or an official endorsement by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), NICE, or any other regulatory body.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and aligned with the current GPhC CRA framework, but we cannot guarantee that all content is free from error or reflects the most recent guidance. Always verify clinical decisions against current BNF and NICE guidelines.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to questions, explanations, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by UK copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own study purposes only.

Some questions are sourced from third-party examination materials and used under educational licence. These questions remain the property of their respective rights holders.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit or data.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Where we discontinue a paid feature you have specifically subscribed to, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
